The way of how we work together is changing. Teams meet virtually, team members work remotely, and team meetings are mostly about discussing predefined questions and issues. Those changes in collaboration are posing a challenge for many people, who miss seeing their colleagues or having an informal chat in the hallway. Overview
Myndful TEAM is about yourteam. Mindfulness paves the way for you to shape self-organization, co-creation as well as values and meaning.
This program consists of workshops as well as daily digital learning impulses via the myndway academy, which will accompany you on your growth path. During this journey you are never alone. Your tandem partner and the other participants in the seminar will grow together with you.
